We Care

Challenging behaviours are generally behaviours that interfere with a person’s safety or their ability to participate in the community.

Examples of challenging behaviour can include violent and unsafe behaviour (hurting other people, head banging, scratching, breaking things), inappropriate social behaviour (stealing, inappropriate touching, removing clothes in public), disruptive behaviour (kicking, screaming, refusing to follow instructions), and withdrawn behaviour (anxiety, shyness).

At Trinity Nursing Services, our behaviour services support the development of positive behaviour to improve the quality of life and alleviate carer fatigue.
